Neil spent his early years after leaving university travelling the world as a geologist, working in such diverse places as Peru, Australia, Mozambique and even Milton Keynes (really!). After leaving the world of rocks he followed his interest in computing and started work delivering technical courses, this eventually led him to the world of ethical hacking (or penetration testing) and information security. After qualifying as a Certified Ethical Hacker he moved to Leeds and started work at the NSLC as the Windows and Information Security Specialist.
