I am a biology teacher with a deep interest and enthusiasm for using technology to teach science more effectively and in inspiring ways. I taught in West Yorkshire for 25 years before working with the Science Consortium and in the science software industry. I now support the professional development of teachers, both as past Chair of the Association for Science Education and in my role at the National Science Learning Centre where I am responsible for developing online courses for teachers.
